We welcome anyone to participate in CCDP functions, meetings and volunteer activities–in fact, we can’t do this without everyone helping, but becoming a full member with voting privileges requires joining the Michigan Democratic Party (MDP). 

• Members of the MDP who reside in Calhoun County have a vote and a voice in CCDP affairs, and can vote in MDP, CCDP and Congressional District elections. 

• In addition, MDP membership is required if you wish to become a Democratic Party candidate, a Precinct Delegate, or serve on our local CCDP Executive Board or Executive Committee.

• Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of ability to pay. You can become a grassroots member of MDP/CCDP for free by clicking the link below.
